DoxChaser (doxchaser.com) provides a client intake and document collection platform for mortgage brokers.

What we collect

Contact details you submit through our forms (name, email, message).
When the full platform is in use: information and documents a client submits at their broker's request (identity, employment, financial details and supporting documents).
Basic technical data such as browser type, for security and performance.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries.
To provide the document collection service to the instructing broker.
To keep the service secure (audit logs, abuse prevention).

Sharing

Client information and documents are shared only with the brokerage that requested them. We do not sell personal information.

Storage & security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Production document storage uses encrypted, private storage with access controls and audit logging.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
